Building belief and consensus

We turn complex ideas into compelling narratives with a shared direction that people can get behind.

How we build belief and momentum

We combine strategy, communications, design and engagement to turn evidence into a case that people notice, understand, believe in and are ready to act on.

Narrative & messaging

We turn complex evidence and ideas into clear, compelling narratives, messages and asks which are tailored to the people we need to reach.

Stakeholder engagement

We map those we must influence, understand their interests and power, and develop engagement strategies that bring the right people into the conversation.

Advocacy & policy influence

We build pathways from evidence to action. We engage decision-makers and champions and use key political moments to build support and secure commitment.

Creative communications

We bring ideas to life through strong visual storytelling, from reports, presentations and graphics to film, digital content, campaigns and media.

Bringing the right people together

The most valuable conversations change what happens next. Here are two examples:

Launch at World Health Assembly

At an official side event of WHA 79 we convened ministers of health and finance, policy makers, global health institutions, researchers, advocates and media to discuss the economic case of investing in health R&D in Africa.

The message from Africa CDC Acting Deputy Director General Dr. Raji Tajudeen was clear:

"We have the talent. We have the institutions. We have the momentum. Now we have the evidence."

Gates Funders Forum 2026

We co-designed the agenda and convened speakers for the 2026 Grand Challenges Funders’ Forum, co-hosted by the Gates Foundation, Wellcome and the UK FCDO. Bringing together leaders from governments, philanthropy, development finance and the private sector, the Forum explored to unlock new investment in global health R&D, highlighting practical financing models and partnerships that can turn scientific innovation into health impact.

Changing Africa's future

Anyone who has worked on the front line of an epidemic knows the outcome depends on decisions made years before the first patient is diagnosed.

Andrew Tuttle, CEO Global Health Ecosystems and Dr Mosoka Fallah of Africa Centres for Disease Control and Prevention look at how Africa can transform its future in this article published in Economist Enterprise Health Dividend.

What this work delivers

A case that people believe in

Complex evidence and ideas delivered as a clear, compelling case for global health ecosystems that people understand and want to support.

The right people on board

Understanding and alignment among the decision-makers, partners, champions and influencers who can make global health change happen.

Commitment that leads to action

Awareness and consensus that underpins stronger coalitions, political support, investment and concrete commitments.

Our approach

Influence starts with people

Evidence alone rarely changes minds. We look at who needs to believe in an idea, who can champion it and who has the power to act.

Then we shape the narrative, engagement and communications around them, creating the connections and momentum that can turn understanding into commitment.

We want to create lasting change that people believe in.
