Architecting investable solutions
Our View
The Reality of Trade-Offs
Much of expertise in healthcare is sharply focused on distinct, often siloed, research outcomes, failing to address the systemic constraints of the real world. For example, studies tell us new antibiotics are needed, yet commercial viability fails because of inability or unwillingness of payers to buy and providers to subscribe.
Global health needs more applied systems and operations research that is honest about the trade-offs faced by decision-makers. Solutions must be practical and pragmatic, moving beyond "perfect" to confront the systemic realities that govern how health innovations are delivered in low-resource settings.
We understand the core question stakeholders in LMICs are asking: "How do my actions improve the health of my people, society, and country now, and not in a generation from now?" Our goal is to provide the systems-expert insights required to answer this, forging partnerships that remove roadblocks and allowing decision-makers to make those seemingly impossible trade-offs.

Our Solution
Investment-Grade Ecosystem Diagnostics
Our experts in applied public health systems and leadership research—drawn from around the world—look at the same problems from different perspectives. We conduct rapid, applied, and culturally competent research on the systems that govern the global health innovation value chain.
We move beyond abstract mapping to Investment-Grade Ecosystem Diagnostics by exploring critical questions of organisational development, operational friction, and power structures that influence the ecosystem.
This Work Delivers:
Market Maps
Delineating systemic blockages and identifying de-risked investment pathways and high-leverage points.
Operational De-Risking
Providing the data required to resolve bottlenecks in supply chains and governance, ensuring future investments have a low-friction operating environment.
Actionable Policy Insights
Designing solutions that improve decision-making, advance leadership capabilities, and support greater mutual alignment and impact across the sector.
Our Goal
A Shifting Body of Actionable Knowledge
We aim to deliver rigorous but rapid, mixed-methods research that reflects a representative balance of perspectives and insights. Our commitment is to build a shifting and responsive body of actionable, investment-ready knowledge that helps achieve greater efficiency.
Ultimately, our research is designed to narrow the divide between upstream global health innovation research and downstream health impact in an everchanging landscape, ensuring that investments accelerate tangible health benefits now and deliver sustainable returns for the future.
